Before you buy
- The content you publish (text, images, links, numbers) can be changed on any plan. Pro is needed only to change the look settings: motion, hover effects, shapes, decoration, spacing and color combinations.
- For the content of a pack you bought, Pro motion and similar effects play as they are on the published page of a Plus site (changing the settings needs Pro). Pro motion outside a pack plays only while a Pro license is active.
- Videos in a pack play only while a Pro license is active. Without it, a still image (poster) is shown.
- If you cancel, you can keep using Pro until the end of the period you paid for. After that Pro features stop, but your saved settings are kept.
Cancel or change your payment method
Enter the email address you used to buy on the billing page, and the link we send you lets you cancel or change your payment method (no sign-up needed).
購買與啟用流程
- 安裝並啟用 ZenBlocks Plus（免費）。
- 在 WordPress 編輯器中選擇按鈕區塊，開啟 Pro 功能面板。
- 前往「Get ZenBlocks Pro」進入 Lemon Squeezy 付款頁面。
- 付款完成後，您將收到包含授權金鑰的電子郵件。
- 在 WordPress 管理後台的「ZenBlocks > License」中輸入授權金鑰。
- 點擊「Install Pro Plugin」自動安裝 Pro 外掛。
系統需求
- WordPress 6.6 或更高版本
- 已安裝 ZenBlocks（免費版）
- 已安裝並啟用 ZenBlocks Plus
常見問題
取消訂閱後會怎樣？
在訂閱期間內可以繼續使用 Pro 功能。期間結束後，Pro 功能將被鎖定，但已儲存的設定會保留。重新訂閱即可恢復一切。
可以在多個網站上使用嗎？
每個網站一個授權。要在其他網站使用，請先在目前網站停用授權。
有退款政策嗎？
購買後 14 天內可以申請退款。詳情請參閱我們的退款政策。
會提供收據或請款單嗎？
會。Lemon Squeezy 以 Merchant of Record 的身分處理這筆銷售，付款完成後會立即寄出收據信。PDF 請款單可由您自行在 My Orders（app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders）或帳務入口（zenblocks.lemonsqueezy.com/billing）產生，續訂的請款單也在同一處。Lemon Squeezy 代收的稅額會顯示在該請款單上。若以公司名義購買，可在結帳時填入公司統一編號，或於帳務入口更新帳單資訊，即會顯示在請款單上。
會開立台灣統一發票嗎？
銷售方為境外業者 Lemon Squeezy，可取得的憑證為收據信與 PDF 請款單。若貴公司必須取得台灣統一發票，請於購買前與我們聯絡。
