Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the official ZenBlocks services provided through zenblockswp.com by Tsumiki LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the official ZenBlocks services, including:

the official website
official downloads
license key authentication
update delivery
account-linked features
documentation
future cloud features and connected services

ZenBlocks-related plugin code is licensed separately under the GPL as stated in each package. These Terms do not replace or override rights granted under the GPL.

2. License Keys and Accounts

We may issue license keys or similar credentials for official downloads, update delivery, authentication, and future cloud features.
A license key is not a grant of ownership in the plugin code and is not a restriction on GPL rights you already receive under the applicable package license.
You must not obtain credentials fraudulently, impersonate another user, or share credentials in a way that abuses the service.

3. Service Availability

Depending on your plan or purchase status, we may provide some or all of the following:

official plugin download files
update packages
documentation
authentication features
cloud-connected or external API features
templates, presets, or distributed assets

We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue part of these services when reasonably necessary.

4. Support

Support is governed by our Support Policy. ZenBlocks is documentation-first, and support is intentionally limited.

5. Updates and Downloads

Active subscriptions or valid service access may be required to receive official downloads, updates, authentication, or connected features.
We may limit access to official distribution services after expiration, cancellation, fraud detection, service retirement, or authentication failure.
These limitations apply to official services only and do not by themselves revoke GPL rights already granted in code you have lawfully received.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

attempt unauthorized access to download, update, or authentication systems
use the service for scraping, abusive automation, denial-of-service behavior, or similar misuse
infringe our rights or the rights of others
misrepresent affiliation with ZenBlocks or present a fork or derivative as official
use the services in violation of applicable law

7. Names and Branding

ZenBlocks, ZenBlocks Plus, ZenBlocks Pro, related logos, and related branding are used for the official ZenBlocks services. GPL licensing of plugin code does not grant permission to present another product or fork as official ZenBlocks.

8. External Services

ZenBlocks may rely on third-party services such as payment providers, WordPress.org, or external media APIs. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and billing conditions.

9. Disclaimer

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, full compatibility with every WordPress environment, or resolution of every issue caused by WordPress core, themes, plugins, hosting, or external APIs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue part of the services when reasonably necessary. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business in Japan.
