Thank you for purchasing ZenBlocks Pro. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided that:
- The request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- You have not extensively used the Product on a live website (i.e., the plugin is not actively deployed in production).
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- The Product has been used extensively on a live website.
- The request is based on a failure to read the product description, features, or system requirements before purchase.
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or server configurations that are outside our control.
- Change of mind after the 14-day refund window.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@zenblockswp.com with the following information:
- Your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
- The reason for your refund request.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed through the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Your license key will be deactivated upon refund.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the Product until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period (unless within the 14-day refund window).
